To say our hiring process is involved is an understatement. At Dallas Courier, we’re picky about who we hand a uniform. Of course, experience is a plus. Excellent driving record is a must. But one thing you won’t find us doing: excluding candidates because of one mistake in their past.

At Dallas Courier, we believe that by giving people a second chance, we encourage first time (and every time) success for the couriers representing our business. Once we’ve hired a courier, after a thorough vetting process and diverse training in many facets of logistics, we equip them with tools for first-time success. Dallas Courier drivers and team members are held to high standards, but they’re supported in that journey. We set our couriers up for success.

 

We wouldn’t put a driver in a Dallas Courier shirt if we didn’t firmly believe in their ability to succeed. Our team members are confident in their abilities for a number of reasons. First, it’s because of the tools available to them. Our vehicles are expertly cleaned and maintained, including refrigerated vehicles. They’re equipped with state of the art GPS and tracking. When drivers get into our trucks, they know they’re set up for success. Our drivers also enjoy above average pay for this industry. We believe that is a motivating factor to a successful delivery. Content drivers are more likely to work hard and deliver your cargo on time, and in pristine condition.

 

Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, we plan for success, but prepare in case we fall short. All drivers, cargo, and vehicles are backed by a full suite of insurance from A-rated providers. First time success is our goal, but if an unforeseen event occurs, we want you to trust us to make reparations quickly, and give us another chance to make it right.
